I like that they are always looking to improve their work flow as well have new ideas when it comes time of creating content or campaigns with them! They also listen very carefully so you know what your audience wants/needs from YOU (the client).

Sometimes there can be some lag between getting feedback back about something we've asked but haven't heard anything yet - which makes us think maybe our expectations were too high? But overall happy working together!! We're having success reaching out prospects who may not otherwise find my services through other channels & increasing engagement wtih those leads- all while decreasing costs by cutting down wasted spendings outside traditional media outlets suchas TV ads etc..
