Solid continuous integration / CD platform with great support

I love that it's flexible enough for multiple teams in our organization - we have 2 separate Dev Ops Teams using this tool but both can use some changes! The ability is there if you want more than just one thing done at once (e.g., monitoring or alerting). Sometimes when working remotely from home during COVID times takes me longer then expected because my connection drops out sometimes due to being remote so trying different connections helps resolve issues like these.   • I can easily create a process for almost anything needed and the flexibility of the platform is very good
Cons
  • I do not like the lack of visibility in the process and there's no easy way to tell if things are moving along or when things start to run out of control, etc

Most efficient way to digitize documents

The best part of working with Process Pro is that everything works well together - like the ease of use, the efficiency of the platform and the responsiveness of the team. It's been a pleasure working with this team for over two years now. I am not sure what would be my dislikes about Process Pro. There isn't anything in particular which I can think of. It's always good to work with an organized and responsive team

I have been working at this organization for almost 5 years now as IT help desk engineer in support of our data warehouse project that is running since 2013 (still going strong). The most recent revamp was done by them 2 yrs ago which took us about 1 year or so but we got it finally completed last month!
