Review on Process Pro Consulting RevOps by John Pound

I have been working at this organization for almost 5 years now as IT help desk engineer in support of our data warehouse project that is running since 2013 (still going strong). The most recent revamp was done by them 2 yrs ago which took us about 1 year or so but we got it finally completed last month! They really helped me throughout my tenure here; from initial training up until final handoff when everything went live smoothly!! Not much other than just general advice like how things were supposed be run around there etc - nothing big enough not worth mentioning :D.
