I really hate buying without seeing in person. I like to feel and get a better idea. But I had ordered these and had them too long for sending back. The material is like a heavy knit - something that would be for a jacket.I ordered for 4 longer windows and 3 short windows. They work well for darkening but that is not what I was really wanting. I just was ready for a change. The tabs for hanging make them look better than the rod pocket which the material is too heavy for and looks very bunch up and ugly. I would have wanted a better quality fabric for my living and dining rooms but these will have to do now. I got the Khaki color.
