Will not work with Sdx85c

I have a scanned and cut DX model of sdx85c that says it can cut 12x24 and even has the option to change it to that matte size but unfortunately these mattes will not suitably recognized and cannot be loaded. Obviously I don't recommend these mats if you have a DX scan and cut. Not sure what these mats are for, what machines they will work on as they say they will be DX scanned and cut but clearly will not work for DX scanning.
