Review on Coppola Keratin Complex Vanilla Bean Deep Conditioner 33.8 oz - Restorative Hair Treatment with Keratin by Julie Clark

This is the third time I buy this product. It goes perfectly with my hair and smells great. BUT. With this delivery, the bottle was sealed so tightly that the pump spout broke. Also, the lid was loose and anywhere from 1/4 to 1/3 of the product leaked into the shrink wrap. When I tried to find out where to complain to Revain all he said was that the product was non-refundable and there was nowhere they could know what happened so I am writing here in the hope that someone will get in touch with me. This is a $28 product and I think I got around $20 worth? PLUS a broken pump!
