I have not one not two but three Tripp Lite surge protectors at home now. Recently, there was a power outage in our house, resulting in strong electrical surges. As a result, various electrical products (TVs, computers, lamps, all kitchen appliances, etc.) began to react strongly. I am convinced that some if not all devices will be damaged and/or destroyed! Since we live in an area with a lot of lightning strikes, surge protection is very important. I contacted Tripp Lite after this incident because while their surge protectors prevented some damage they needed replacing and replacing two of those I bought about 16 months ago. (I bought a third one after they replaced them because they were successful at doing the job they were designed for and also because of their great customer service!). I've never written such a long review, but in this case I thought it should be provided. And was earned by this company!
