It would be great if it lasted long enough

I always wait and use my products before writing my reviews. Although this trimmer initially worked perfectly and left almost no cutting residue. I noticed that after a few weeks and months of use, the blades started to dull. First use was to trim my beard or beard how I like it. After a number of uses I noticed after a number of passes that he was missing the hairs and even after going through them pass after pass he just didn't cut them. It was unbelievably disappointing. Cleaning the machine was what I call pretty easy: just take it out and rinse or brush your hair in the bins. But what ended the trip was that one day while clearing up and getting ready for a party, I heard this loud, awkward noise coming from the car. I didn't know what it was, but it didn't cut anymore. So I took the lid off, cleaned everything, put everything back together, turned it back on and after 30 seconds of use it was making that noise again. After carefully inspecting the inside of the case with a vacuum cleaner, I found that the plastic case was cracked and could not be repaired. So when I put a lot of pressure on it, it jams and doesn't work, and there was no way to control the correct cutting length. He cuts everything he cuts. In summary, paying $80 to have a vacuum installed and the blades dulled quickly, not to mention the body broke within a year of purchase says a lot about the reliability of these trimmers. I would not recommend these trimmers for men with a beard, goat hair, or stubble. It will only take so long. Ironically, I had a previous model that lasted over 7 years before replacing it with this one. I only replaced it because the blades were dull. Boy, was I wrong about that.
