I can't blame Techmount for my mistake but that's a bit misleading. It says "required tools included" but the gripper doesn't require any tools so I figured maybe the ball joint would come with it. The big one is sure that this is not the case. So if you see a $59.99 offer on your local bike gear, you might as well get it since the price is the same here and you have to order two separate pieces. In terms of quality, I can't say anything bad about Techmount. System. Blows off the Ram grip and protects your phone even at insanely high speeds. I ride a naked sport bike, no windshield or visor, and it holds my phone very securely.
