Review on Enhanced Home Appliance Surge Protector 💡 - Voltage Brownout Outlet 110V 15A (2 Pack) by Richard Marriott

After our fridge burned out due to a power surge I decided to invest in this surge protector for all my fridges and freezers. It appears to have the exact same components and configuration as more expensive devices, but with a transparent body. I won't know if it actually works and how it works until the next power outage, but at least I've made the effort and the status lights on the unit should let me know if a power "event" has occurred. My only caveat is that due to the limited space typically available behind fridges, I would like them to have the outlet oriented sideways or down to save space. My fridge's power plug is low profile so it doesn't matter to me, but it might for some, like my smaller Frigidaire "beer" fridge. The rest looks like a quality unit.
