I bought this 4 piece ignition coil removal kit to replace 6 coils on my old (2003) Volkswagen Jetta. I looked at kits and individual tools on several Volkswagen parts websites and this kit offered the best value for money. There are several options for the removal tool and I wanted to make sure I have the correct tool for the Volkswagen VR6 (24 valve version). As space is limited on a V6 engine I chose the tool without pliers etc and I'm glad I did. Several coils were glued very tightly, so a handle and some leverage made removal easier. New coils can be inserted without damage using the same tool. They appear to be very strong and I wasn't worried they would bend on even the most stubborn coil. I assume this kit will fit any Volkswagen (Audi) with custom ignition coil configurations.
