Slightly better than mine fbrwr

Had a different brand and it splintered when I brushed water too close to the edge of the sink. This knife is slightly larger and slightly sharper. Mainly used for slicing boneless chicken breasts after cooking in my IP60. No need to "saw", just push a little and it will cut right through (sometimes the fork will cut it and need another piece of steel to smooth the cut). And yes, I keep it off the sink edge!
