I bought it for my sister, she always wanted it but when I received it the strap was twisted. So I made arrangements to return the wallet and request a replacement. It gets a replacement and it is also defective, the tape is twisted. She saw the same handbag elsewhere and it was easy. And since these straps are riveted from the factory, there's no fixing the problem. I'm guessing that's why they're selling their defective wallets for $91 instead of the original $136. If a twisted strap isn't a big deal, it's your choice, buyers beware
