Coffee definitely stays fresher longer
Blue canister looks very nice, well finished inside and out - well finished, quality product. I rinse it out after each batch of coffee so the next batch doesn't have old coffee residue that could ruin freshness. Before flushing, the CO2 valve can be easily pushed out from the inside to prevent moisture from entering. After the canister is completely dry, simply press the CO2 valve on the outside of the cap.
