Since buying these containers I enjoy my coffee more, it stays fresher longer and the aroma smells great when you open the lip. Don't just get it out of the bag.

I was very disappointed with this product. I was hoping for something that would automatically advance the dial during the date countdown and, more importantly, something that creates such a tight vacuum that there is a little resistance to opening when opened. It's dark, which is good for coffee, but that's about it.

I like this coffee jar and its material is good enough there is no strange smell inside. I bought a large one and use it for my ground coffee, it really keeps it fresher than I expected. With the extra scoop, I don't have to buy another one. It has a calendar on top of the lid that reminds me of the expiration date, so cute. I would like to buy another one for my coffee beans.

We drink a lot of coffee and grind our own beans so I bought four of these boxes to store different beans. The containers themselves are large and close well. However, I am disappointed with the quality of the scoops. One arrived broken and the other broke after a few uses. Even though the scoops are of lower quality I will still buy them again and recommend them to my friends and family.

Blue canister looks very nice, well finished inside and out - well finished, quality product. I rinse it out after each batch of coffee so the next batch doesn't have old coffee residue that could ruin freshness. Before flushing, the CO2 valve can be easily pushed out from the inside to prevent moisture from entering. After the canister is completely dry, simply press the CO2 valve on the outside of the cap.

I bought this canister to replace the glass canister my mother gave me almost 28 years ago which had a cracked lid. I haven't had a chance to see this product except in the description and in the picture on the web. When it finally arrived it was just perfect! I really like this canister! With my old canisters, I had trouble sealing my ground coffee and keeping it fresh - I often had to change canisters because the seals broke. This canister holds a good, tight seal and has a very strong latch that doesn't feel loose or misaligned. It's durable and smooth. I'm not sure if my coffee grounds are necessarily "fresh" in this tin compared to others, but I use the date settings and still get that fresh "coffee" smell when I open it (it smells not stale)…
