I'm definitely to blame for this, to the utmost (don't ask me the last time I did this), and it's probably because I don't get any breakouts and I don't think about all the things that are left on the brushes after use. But washing them, drying them, etc. is a chore - a complete ordeal. I decided to try this to see if I would be a little more motivated if the process was easier. And it's definitely easier - but I just wasn't a fan of this product. It didn't feel particularly good, and while it's my fault for ordering it, I just don't like that it's all black. The box was a bit wrinkled but everything is safe and sound inside. There is a small case in which to store the device. All in all, it just didn't feel like it was worth the price paid. As a result, I returned this product but bought another one - I hope I like it better!
