Review on Glitzhome Brown PU Leather Adjustable High-Back Office Chair: Executive Armrest Swivel Chair for Home by Sherri Lee

I have had the Glitzhome Home High Back Leather Office Chair, Adjustable Swivel Armchair (Cream) for about a week. This is a beautiful chair and looks great in my home office. I'm not sure why this chair got such a high rating for its long-term performance - maybe because of its looks. Unfortunately, this chair does not provide adequate lumbar and back support. When you're at a desk, your back and legs should be at a comfortable 90-degree angle, and an ergonomic chair provides back support. This chair doesn't support your back at all; In fact, in its most upright position, the chair sits at an angle of 112 degrees, meaning the person has to lean back to feel the back being supported. Obviously this is not the ideal position to work. Also, the seat cushion is comfortable for a few minutes but can be a little too hard when sitting for a long time. I need to buy a seat back cushion with support and a seat cushion to make this comfortable. It's not ideal after spending $259 on this chair. It can be seen that the images of the chair depict a woman reclining in her chair rather than working at a desk - that's what a chair is for: relaxing, reclining and looking good. If you are looking for a truly ergonomic chair that will last many hours at your desk, I suggest looking elsewhere.
