First, the instructions are pretty weak. I figured it out, but as another reviewer said, the front panel has a design flaw that makes it difficult to close the panel once the wires are connected due to the minimal clearance. If you need technical support, forget it! On my first call, I got a call from a technician who knew less about this subject than I did! When I asked to speak to another technician, the delay added about 10 minutes before I got the message "Renogy is currently having technical issues, please call back later". The?! I tried calling back in the next few days and got the same message! If you don't like the lack of technical support, don't buy from Renogy!
