The ability to create your own profile with multiple fields that can link back into other databases such as HRIS or payroll makes this software very useful! It also has an easy interface which I really like - it does not have too many options so you don't get lost in all those buttons/options if you are new at using it.

You need some knowledge about how to use the program but once again its simplicity means there isn't much room for error when creating profiles. If you want something simple then go ahead otherwise do more research before purchasing because they provide support through email only after hours during UK working days and sometimes even weekends. We used it mainly to track employees who had completed courses within our organisation.
