The Acer Aspire ES1-732-P2NM only has an 8 GB max slot. What wasn't in this laptop was proprietary RAM. According to CPU-Z, the RAM included in this laptop had a CL11 latency, while Kingston had a CL9 latency. Both are 1.35v. Bottom line, this Kingston module worked on this laptop, even though the Kingston website didn't list my laptop model in the compatibility list, nor did the Revain compatibility tool confirm an exact match. CPU-Z now shows DDR3 12800, Kingston, 8 Gb, CL9, Dual Channel (doesn't make sense since the laptop only has one memory slot) Windows 10 boots a bit faster in my opinion. So this works so far. Let's hope the Kingston name lives up to its reputation. That's why I replaced the unbranded 8GB SODIMM with Kingston. By the way, the label on the module I received says Made in Taiwan.
