Just returned from a month in Kauai using this snorkel many times. It was easy to use and had a clear presentation. I would highly recommend this to anyone. Much better than the old traditional whistles and I liked them even better than the full face whistles. However, there are some small quirks. First, when you dive underwater while snorkeling, you can develop a tiny leak near your nose. It doesn't bother me at all, but it's there. It is very easy to drain the leak by simply unfolding the underside of the mask and gently pulling away from your face and then simply reattaching it. No problem. It never leaked when surface diving. Second, the lens creates a little fog to blur the view. Maybe it's the sunscreen on my face, but then again, it's easy to surface, dip the lens in the seawater while it's still on your head, and keep going. I've never tried an anti-fog treatment, so this might solve the problem. Finally, I attached the GoPro to the mask with the included mount, with mixed results. The mount holds the camera too high if you're just snorkeling, and often my videos have been more about splashing surface water than fish underneath. I've used some of the other mounts that come with the GoPro to lower the position which has helped some. Still not perfect. All this to say that this is a great tube. Even my wife who hated all other types of traditional and closed pipes loved this one. It's a rarity!
