I love the color and size of this Japanese style cast iron teapot. The stainless steel basket holds the tea leaves perfectly. The 27 oz size is great for brewing two large cups of tea in one brew. almost perfect for me. Brewing aromatic herbal tea with a natural sweetener (Stevia) has become a part of every meal to help me with my new healthy eating habits and weight loss. I've given up soft drinks and this is my go-to when I want something tastier than water. And I use the used tea leaves to fertilize my garden and potted plants. my meyer lemon tree loves it. So I'm really enjoying the healthy habit of tea without tea bags!
