Review on SunFounder 10.1 Inch Raspberry Pi Touch Screen with 1280X800P Resolution by Haveuheard Crawford

I bought the touch screen to use with Raspi 4. After only 4 uses, the screen had an approximately 2.5cm wide stripe from the top of the screen across the entire screen. I contacted Revain for a replacement and they contacted Sunfounder. Wendy from Sunfounder contacted me and asked me to make a short video about the issue. I sent video, it was verified and they quickly sent me a replacement screen. It took 4 weeks from my first contact with Revain to receiving the new touch screen. I found this acceptable as there was no delay in replying to my emails from Wendy at Sunfounder during this time. I would highly recommend buying from Sunfounder as they have a great support team. The new screen works well and still no problems after a week of light use.
