I work from home and had trouble finding a headset that met my needs. It seemed like I had to compromise until I found this. I was skeptical at first due to the lack of reviews but glad I did! Sound quality - I have no problems with the sound. Both when I'm on the phone and when I'm listening to music on the computer when I'm not on the phone. Noise-cancelling microphone - I tested it with a noisy fan and neighbor dogs barking, these noises are filtered out. I use Skype and people say they can hear me crystal clear on both my phone and computer. The microphone is rotatable so you can wear it on the left or right side. Biaural - fits well and covers both ears. adjustable. Comfort - I haven't had any issues with discomfort, even after wearing it for a long time. they are light, fit well and are comfortable. Headphones rotate 90 degrees in either direction. Cable for connecting to a computer via USB or a 3.5mm jack. Functionality with SkypeReliability - well thought-out design and high-quality materials. I need something reliable for my work. If you're looking for a reliable, high-quality, value-for-money headset and don't want Bluetooth sitting on your head all day, then I recommend this one. I would buy it again. Actually, maybe I should have a backup just in case. I read the only negative review at the time of writing which was enthusiasm. My headset doesn't hum so I'm assuming it was defective and should be returned.
