I like that it allows me to track my time, as well all of our staff's times so we can keep good records about how much work each person does in an average week or month! It also helps us with payroll calculations/payroll taxes etc., which are very helpful when you have multiple people working at your business (or home!). The interface could be more intuitive - sometimes things aren't immediately obvious once they're clicked into place; but this may just come down from personal preference rather than any real issue wtih functionality per se? We use HB mostly because there isn’s anything out-of box available yet if someone wants something custom built around their needs / processes though maybe some other options will become apparent over coming years too :) Tracking employee pay rates has been useful since most employers want proof before approving increases otherwise.
