Perfect tea towel

I've been using this for a few months now and this is what I like about it: They're heavy linen but loosely knit so I leave one hanging to dry my hands every time I dry mine Hands, the towel is already dry after previous use. I used half as many paper towels. They breathe just enough to cover the dough and I was able to use one of these to make a jelly roll and it wasn't sticky at all. I use them instead of oven mitts because I can fold them to fit whatever I'm lifting. They're made in Canada, so I don't feel like I'm promoting worker exploitation or unregulated production.
