I needed a linen cloth for baking bread, these cloths did the trick. When I proof bread with a linen cloth, the linen cloth doesn't stick to the risen bread dough.

I've been using this for a few months now and this is what I like about it: They're heavy linen but loosely knit so I leave one hanging to dry my hands every time I dry mine Hands, the towel is already dry after previous use. Switching from cotton towels to linen has changed my everyday life for the better. I haven't tried many other linen towels but I have no problem with this one.
