I really enjoyed this screen! Self isolation forced me and my wife to work from home but we only had one desk/monitor. Instead of buying another 27-inch 4K monitor that would take up a lot of space on our dining table, we settled on this excellent portable gaming pad. The apparent size is about the same at the end. I love this record! It has a really flexible array of ports, and it's almost impossible to go wrong: both USB-C ports support bi-directional power delivery, so you can: - connect the power adapter to the monitor and power your laptop (or switch or other) USB-C device) from the other port - connect the AC adapter to the laptop and turn on the monitor from the laptop (you're probably better off doing it the other way, as the laptop may not provide enough power to increase screen brightness to 100%) - if your laptop doesn't have USB-C, you can use HDMI->miniHDMI and USB-C->USB-A and use the included power adapter to power the monitor to supply. So you can connect any HDMI source to it, so PS4 or XBox will work too. It's surprisingly flexible considering how few ports there are. It comes with a magnetic cover (such as an iPad Smart Cover) for portability. When the existing shelter is dismantled and we can go on vacation again, we look forward to using it as a portable gaming monitor for our Switch. The VESA mounting holes are smaller than any of the screws that come with my mount. ; I ended up using 3/4" 4-40 mounting screws with nuts and washers, which work great. The left side of the panel has a headphone jack, a button to toggle inputs, and a nifty little toggle switch that controls the brightness when Turning up the volume first and turning down the volume first, this is a surprisingly flexible monitor, perfect for today and (hopefully) in the future.
