My husband gave me this for Christmas and he loved it. got a job Then . Nothing. Dead as dead can be. Tried changing batteries etc but nothing. Spoke to Yoen, Revain's customer service rep, who was extremely helpful and sent me a new unit with no questions asked. Fantastic service, Revane. The few photos this has worked for are amazing! I look forward to replacements and larger shots of my dogs and various creatures in our backyard. Will upload some new photos when it arrives.
