I was interested in this product as soon as I saw it. I don't have any major risk factors that could cause heart problems, but I do have issues with palpitations and my heart feels like it's skipping beats. I was hoping this product could explain what's going on. It's very easy and convenient. The monitor itself is small, you can wear it either with a strap that you clip on and then place on your chest, or with electrode pads. This product came with a pack of electrode pads, however these are for single use only and will need to be replaced. I used a belt. It was comfortable for me and I easily forgot I was wearing it. The computer program is supplied on a USB stick and is easy to install on a computer. Then just plug in the device and it will download all the raw data that you can only see as a chart. If you want, you can then send it to the company's servers, where the AI will analyze all the data and tell you exactly what's going on with your heart, which is the best thing about it. The device also has Bluetooth which allows you to connect to your phone via the VIhealth app and you can see your EKG in real time by wearing the device. I see how it would be extremely helpful for people with ongoing heart disease to be able to record events and share them with their doctor. One last thing, I really trust this company and feel safe, this is my third device we own, I've bought two impulse bulls in the past and I love their customer service. They helped answer any questions and offered replacement parts that broke on my other devices. It means a lot to me and has made me more confident in purchasing their medical equipment in the future.
