The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of a perfect 5 stars is because I didn't receive the exact vest I ordered. The vest that was sent to me is dark pink, V shape, not a round shape, and the white lace trim is smaller than the picture. Even though it's not exactly what I bought it's still a cute vest and goes perfectly with Cici's t-shirt. The price was good and it was the fastest delivery from Revain, it only took 1 day for delivery. Overall I am a very satisfied customer. Thanks for the prompt service. To help other buyers, my dog is 18-20 pounds, chest is 20 inches, neck is 14 inches. I ordered Ex-Lg and it fits her perfectly. It fits so perfectly it looks like it was custom made especially for my dog.
