This is an extremely soft and very warm hoodie. I love the burgundy color I chose. It did bleed some in the wash, but I try only to wash it on cold by itself from now on.The zipper slots for nursing are very discreet - you cannot tell they're more than a seam. This does mean that you will need two hands to unzip and zip most of the time since the zipper is pretty small and tight. I have to hold the top to get it down. If you want a completely one-handed nursing hoodie, go with the ones with horizontal flap across the body that you can just lift. I find that I can balance my baby on my lap while I pull the zipper down alright, but when he gets bigger it might be more difficult. Of course, in some cases you can set your baby down on a blanket somewhere, but I'm just referring to times when I've been in a confined area and couldn't set him down easily. that's when I've thought that the one handed access would be best.
