Review on 🍲 Cuisinart Gunmetal FP-13DGM Elemental 13 Cup Food Processor with Dicing Kit by Scott Hadlock

I actually bought this for the dicing option, especially when I saw a Cuisinart rep using a large hopper to load whole potatoes. I ended up eating my big piece of sweet potato and leaving a YouTube comment. The manual said only small or medium feed hoses should be used and that the video was inaccurate. I also got great cleaning tips. I made sweet potato crackers and after removing most of the batter, I put the bowl back down and briefly turned it on high. The blades were almost empty of my precious dough. With the blade it was very easy to use my spatula to clean up the rest. Otherwise it would be very difficult to detach such dough from the knife without "fast rotation"!
