I have a dog that has a nerve injury that causes him to pull his upper back legs a bit. This means that the tips of the feet can become severely cracked when walking, especially on the streets or streets. I tried different dog shoes to give him protection. Most of them only last about 2 weeks before I get holes in not only the top of my toes but also the center bottom of the shoe. So far they are holding up, but I've only had them for about 5 days. I have one complaint that they fit. The shoes themselves fit, but the opening your foot goes through feels tight and it's a little harder to get your paw through. Also, they are not that high on the ankle and have only one strap. As a result, the upper of the shoe is slightly lower than the strap when walking, which means that the shoe can "spin" on the paw. If you could make those holes a little bigger and increase the height, I think that would be a really good shoe.
