When I received this product I immediately installed it on my HomeSeer Z-Wave controller with no problems. However, each of the two containers was added as function 1 and 2. When I tried to add each container to a separate scene in the Scene Controller, I found that it wasn't possible. I don't know if all Z-Wave devices have this issue or if it's a feature of the HomeSeer HS4. If you need to add your own outputs to the scene controller in your application, you should check with the scene controller and hub manufacturers to determine compatibility.
