For a number of years I've been looking for ways to make Christmas decorations as light as possible (which means I want to put them indoors because it's cold where we are live.) This was my last attempt, and hung at the top of the windows, along with the candles underneath, they looked pretty good. I put magic garlands with a timer in them, so all I had to do was hang them up and go. They were a little stiff which required some care when opening - they can tear fairly easily if you try this. too fast. Once installed, and I like the tip they come with, they're relatively sturdy, like paper lanterns - you can't sit on them, but they'll take a few drops with no problem. They are really good value for money.
