Update: even though the bike did not work as planned. They have an amazing customer service and help me to greatly resolve this issue. Thank youFirst I bought this bike days ago. The one that came in gets the pedals off after 15 minutes of workout. It just come off and I have to adjust them every single time. I asked for a replacement but it came with a couple of parts that did not fit and were damaged as I am showing in the picture.I basically had to use the parts that were in good condition of the first one and the ones that were not damage of the replacement. This is really disappointing. I now have a "refurbished” bike at home and I also have to get the one that does not work to the ups myself. Which is not good at all since I can not carry it myself. I have to ask someone to help me to return that bike.
