I don't usually listen to music, mostly YouTube videos and podcasts, and sometimes I just put them in my ear in public so strangers won't talk to me. I'm also going to LOSE SO MANY EARPHONES (and sunglasses, but that's another review). And I hide fumes all over the house. For example, my friends joke about how many couples I go through. These are the most comfortable I've found for a low price, and they're decently durable - I just ordered a #3 pack (!) and I've never had one that just *stopped working*. And I've never had the crappy sound quality of the $5 supermarket units. and the material is quite durable. I've had my kids tie the cord and pull tight, I sleep on them regularly and have never had a problem with the sound dropping out. The only thing is that the microphone does not stand washing / drying. (But there are speakers! — yes, this game was fun during the COVID and Zoom calls.) They come with extra-soft earcups. So if you lose one, you have plenty of backups. In general I recommend.
