Material and stitching are fine. The sizes are far from the same. If you wear something in size XL, it will be too tight. I think it's just an Asian interpretation of body types. I have bought several brands from sizes XL to 3X. It seems that the only difference in the larger sizes is the longer sleeves and slightly larger body. Yes, they should be snug, but wearing them for long periods of time is uncomfortable.
