I was not a user of this phone for a long time, but something did not inspire me. A simple task - to set up corporate mail on a standard client turned into a whole quest. It turns out that the ated iOS12 system is very capricious about mail certificates. Well, she doesn’t let her work if she doesn’t like something and it’s difficult to convince her otherwise. iPhones of past generations were set up without problems, other phones of not so famous brands were also without problems. Technical support understood my question, but there were only level tips: "reboot the phone, there are glitches with them", "you can roll back to the factory settings, but we do not recommend this to you." No help at all, sorry. Moreover, there is a problem, but no one talks about it in plain text. In the end, the problem was overcome by installing a third-party application, which did everything that was required of it without any problems and everything worked. I think that a phone of this level should not cause such inconvenience to the owner. I understand, buy cheap China and torment him with flashing, fitting progs and trying to squeeze something out. But on an iPhone, it shouldn't be like that.
