We bought these socks for our German Shepherd who has hind leg mobility issues. We hoped to protect his paws from scratches and wet patches and reduce slippage when walking. The socks are cute and I'm sure they're great for dogs that walk normally but if your dog has trouble pulling his back legs. it will not work. They twist and pull, making it even harder for them to walk, and after a few minutes everything shuts down. They aren't very durable either, in the few minutes he wore them they were already showing signs of wear. We also bought two pairs and one was noticeably larger than the other.
