Great for hanging icicle lights
Bought these to try as I didn't want to mess with the plastic gutter/shingle clips for our icicle lights this year. I hung them up last weekend when it was pretty cold here in Northwest Wisconsin (30's). I was very skeptical that they wouldn't fall asleep, despite the packaging saying they can be kept cold. Until they sleep with light after 3 days. I used them on the bezel's metal trim, which I rubbed down with alcohol before installing the clips. I wouldn't say they last more than a year as the plastic gets destroyed in the cold but we'll see. They are very discreet and go great with our white trim.
