I purchased these hooks for my industrial and scientific laboratory, but they did not live up to the claims. Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice, I can say that these hooks are poorly designed and have weak adhesive. They fell off the wall within hours and failed to hold anything, which is a waste of money. I do not recommend this product for any heavy-duty application.

If you have crown molding this probably won't help. I used them to hold my garland around my door and the glue only worked for a couple of days. I will not climb in the cold.

Bought these to try as I didn't want to mess with the plastic gutter/shingle clips for our icicle lights this year. I hung them up last weekend when it was pretty cold here in Northwest Wisconsin (30's). I was very skeptical that they wouldn't fall asleep, despite the packaging saying they can be kept cold.
