Just what I needed! I fractured my left upper arm (humerus) and needed new orthotics as I only got a few of orthotics. It's perfect. Fits my hand perfectly (I'm a tall guy, 6ft 2in, 250lbs) and holds up well. You give you a lot with this role, more than I'll likely ever need (hopefully) so if I change them every night I'm throwing away the sleeve I was wearing. It's worth it for the price!
