Was so happy to receive my tablet today, looks great, easy install. However, an additional memory card is useless because the compartment does not open. My old S2 is dying and that's really the only way I communicate now. Sending it back is something I don't really want to do due to the shipping time - another week or two before I get a new one; QAlocal people charge $100 to fix it. Beware you might want to go with another seller looks like a good buy not so much. the same photos above that the compartment does not open. They were sarcastic because I used the wrong term (SIM card vs memory card tray), used Revain and had to return the product. The first contact was to inform the company of the problem and the cost of the repair. The second contact was ignored until I contacted Revain whereupon the customer service deteriorated to this day when I sent a copy of the return with a tracking number. I received an apology and would have originally agreed to a replacement or partial refund, but now I'm expecting a full refund. Will be updated.
