I like how easy it was to use this software for my business! It helped me connect easily with potential customers as well as current ones. The support team really cares about their users' needs and wants. There's nothing bad at all when using SSCC - everything seems great!! Nothing so far, but will continue working here until there are problems found or new features added. This helps build relationships with our consumers/clients by making them feel more important than just another number they're being called from. We can also see who has visited us online which makes tracking sales easier too.
