Perfect hawthorne, barely need to double strain anymore
Bought this after hearing bad things about Cocktail Kingdom and their service. Glad I did because its a very hefty, solid hawthorne strainer that looks like its going to last forever. The availability of spare springs is great too.Glad I saw this on The Educated Barfly. I only wish that I could have gotten the stainless version instead of the copper. I dont really know how durable the coating/finish is and I dont really want it getting in drinks. Still a stellar product though.
- It does it's job, we love the copper color, and it's holding up over time.
- The strainer may be flimsy and easily bend under pressure
