Review on 🎵 Naim Uniti Atom: Premium, All-In-One Streaming Device in Compact Size by Logan Collier

I was dying to try Naim's high-end compact multi-function streamer Uniti Atom. At $3,290, it was hard to make a buying decision. I needed to save money and when I finally had enough I bought one and couldn't wait for it to arrive. Today was the day I was so excited to open the box and carefully start building the device. However, my excitement was replaced by frustration and hours of wasted time. When everything was ready, I connected the device and the setup instructions appeared on the screen. It seemed easy enough to bring the remote up to the screen and hold the home button for 3-4 seconds. This was necessary in order to pair the remote and continue with the setup. It didn't work, I tried again and again. Holding down the power button on the device did not turn off the device. So I disconnected, waited, reconnected. The instructions came up again, I tried but the remote still didn't connect. Tried 30-45 minutes. I started looking for everything I could to fix this. Nothing worked. I contacted Revain support. They got me trying a few things. Nothing worked. After more than an hour it turned out that the device was defective and was sent back. I understand this can happen, but when you're paying over $3,000 for a premium product, hope it works when it arrives. Very disappointed and not sure I would buy another one for a second try. It sounds like a great product but my experience was definitely not good. Now I have to go through the return process and wait for a refund. So I wasted hours and I have nothing to show. I hope others have a better experience.
