Sometimes I don’t want to wear my scrub top and just wear my undershirt. This works well but you do have to wear a tank top or cami underneath bc it’s very thin. It’s quite see through, it follows your every curve, muscle, fat, even nipples if you aren’t wearing a good bra. I’m a 40DD and I got a L to contour my body better and move better under scrubs but I would size up if you want to wear it without the scrub top.
