After the purchase, I immediately replaced the hard drive with a second SSD, reinstalled Windows to English, but without native Dell firewood caught a BSOD in a minute, and eventually restored the factory configuration from the cloud (very convenient!). After the BSOD recovery, sometimes they popped up, I decided with the built-in memory diagnostics - the problem was in the RAM, it was fixed, everything is ok for a month. I use it for work, rarely - games. So far I have not met a single game that does not run at maximum graphics settings. : problems with the RAM still remained, I periodically catch blue screens, the built-in error correction only helps for a while. One was replaced under warranty. It so happened that the start date of the warranty was earlier than the date of purchase and at the time of the breakdown, the warranty had already expired. As a result, Dell extended the warranty period upon request through the service center.
